Itu Khune's Vaseline deal canned because of 'bad' behaviour?

Johannesburg - Just a few weeks ago, Itumeleng Khune landed himself in hot water after being very vocal about PSL referees.

Itu was given a red card and took to Twitter to express his disappointment.

"Its about time action is taken against this referees by @OfficialPSL. They've been very poor since beginning of the season," he wrote. 

He quickly deleted the tweets and it was reported that he would face a disciplinary hearing after taking his grievances public.

Now, Sunday World is reporting that Itu has lost a lucrative Vaseline deal because of the bad press.

Itu openly promoted the brand on his social media accounts, but that has apparently all come to in an end.
