Janez gets the ultimate dude's dream

He may be leaving Top Billing to start his own venture, but TV personality Janez Vermeiren looks like he has a lot of things to be grateful for. He has a beautiful fiancee, the cutest son in the world, a little one on the way, his football team (Belgium) is doing well and it was his birthday!

The TV hottie posted a pic of his birthday surprise, a pic of his pregnant fiancé  in a Brazilian bikini and his son in just his jocks and a hat, both wearing the caption "Happy Birthday daddy" on their tummys.

He captioned the picture " My two love bugs arriving in Belgian colours for my Birthday surprise xxxxx"

We guess that's what it takes to make a dude happy.
