Model mamma Lee-Ann Liebenberg is just about ready to pop.

She posted this picture on social networks saying that there's just a week to go.

"Feels so good to be back after being man down with the flu. Final countdown,just a WEEK before #babybunny arrives! ...it's been swell,but the swelling must go down now!"
