Kelly Khumalo's 'party' behaviour lambasted

It's been close on two and a half months since Bafana Bafana captain, Senzo Meyiwa was shot and killed at his girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo's house. While the suspects are still at large, Kelly has been picking up the pieces and, in the process, has also had an album to promote.

Anything that Kelly does is bound to be scrutinised, so when the star posted videos and pictures of herself having a good time over the festive season, fans had something to say - good and bad. However, the majority of people think that it's too soon for Kelly to be going out and working, never mind having a good time and then telling people about it.  Uhm, okay.

"U r a disgrace go hide. U don't behave that way in public 3 months your boyfriend died sorry ," commented one person.

"U look poep dronk," commented another person on another video. "She so wasted," wrote another person.

Kelly K's fans came to her rescue by defending her actions. Some fans believe that Kelly should move on with her life and that being at events is part of being in the entertainment industry and even Senzo knew that.

Percy Vilakazi, a close friend of Kelly's, dismissed the negativity and claims that she's 'relapsing.'"I've been friends with Kelly for decades and I'm actually very proud that she's taken control of her life. She's working hard and is back on the road promoting her album, which is something she hasn't done for years," he said.

About those nasty comments, Percy says that Kelly's never been someone to address or take negativity to heart. "It's unfortunate that there are so many bullies on social media who feel that they have the right to put another person down, but nobody has that right. Kelly's been through a lot in her life and doesn't need this," he added.
