Khanyi Mbau & Kelly Khumalo to star in a series together

Khanyi Mbau and Kelly Khumalo have buried their differences.

The two stars are reportedly going to be starring in a new series titled Mvelinqangi - isZulu term for God. The show will have 26 episodes and will focus on Nigerian druglords, prostitutes, sex, Christians and cultural beliefs, according to Sunday Sun.

The paper revealed that the series Chicco Twala's brainchild. Khanyi will reportedly play a devoted Christian who dumps her husband to find herself with a Nigerian pastor who is also a druglord. Kelly's character is also involved with Nigerian druglords.

Chicco told the paper: "It's a huge project."  Khanyi said she's proud to have worked with both Kelly and Chicco. Mvelinqangi will air on Mzansi Magic in December.
