Local band bring their Billboard chart hit back to SA

Local Folk duo, Connecting Stars, have been tearing up the American Billboard charts recently with their hit single, Stuck. Now the band are returning to South Africa to take over local radio.

The band from Durban first released the single to US market a couple of months ago as part of  their US tour. The single was so popular it charted the US Billboard Adult Contemporary chart a few weeks later, peaking at 28.

“Getting onto the AC Billboard charts has been an amazing achievement for us as a band. It is difficult to put into words, because we know with radio play there are no guarantees and even getting a song play-listed isn’t easy. So getting on the charts has been mind-blowing for us and we are just so thrilled that our music has been so well received by the US”, says band member Cheryl.

The band have returned from their US adventure to launch the song locally and will be touring the US again in March 2015.
