Mampho Brescia on being a "she-devil"

Isibaya's Mampho Brescia loves what she does, despite the backlash that comes with being a villain.

Mampho recently sat down with Drum magazine to chat about the ups and downs that comes with playing a character that everyone loves to hate, Iris Zungu.

The actress explained that she's had to deal with "cyber-bullies, who think they can say or write whatever gibberish they want."

Mampho added that she doesn't let it affect her though.  "I think Irias and I both have a strong sense of self and identity," she explained.

"There is nothing ordinary or mediocre about Iris," added the actress.

Yup, you can say that again Mampho!
