Mandla Mandela has officially added sangoma to his CV.
This is according to Sowetan, who have confirmed the news with various sources close to the situation.
The Thembu royal family has welcomed Mandla's calling and him into the royal clan.
"As far as I know he is the first in the Mandela family but not the first in the Madiba clan to be a sangoma," Thembu King, Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo's right hand man, Prince Phandulwazi Mhlontlo.
A family member, who asked to remain anonymous, also confirmed to the paper that Mandla is really committed to his calling, which has alienated him from the rest of the family.
Mandla declined to confirm or deny that he had completed his training.
