Mourners gather outside Flabba's home

The streets outside Flabba's home is filled with mourners who have come to pay their respects.

The mood is somber and some of Flabba's friends are almost paralysed by shock and grief.

News of the Skwatta Kamp rapper's death rocked the country this morning. Flabba's girlfriend has since been arrested for the killing.

Neighbours fondly remember Flabba as a friendly guy. "Flabba was a peaceful guy, who lived life to the full and loved to joke," said one neighbour.

As news of his death spreads family members make their way to Flabba's Alexandra home. We've seen people break-down with emotion and grief outside the house.

Such a sad day in the music world.
