Movies: Blood Ties

Overview: After spending many years in prison following a murder, Chris has been released on good behaviour.

What's it about? The movie, which is set in the 70s, follows Chris' life after prison. Outside of prison his younger brother Frank, who happens to be a policeman, is waiting for him. The two brothers, who were raised by their father, are nothing like each other. Despite their differences, the brother's bond keeps them together. Frank is hopeful that Chris will change his old ways but he's disappointed when he learns that nothing has  changed. Will their bond remain?

Our fave bits: We totes love the storyline but were a bit disappointment with the execution. They somehow failed to connect with the audience.
