Music: JR,OkMalumKoolKat, Spoek Mathambo – BOB Mabena

In a nutshell: JR is not your usual rapper, every now and then he releases music that's so random you have no choice but to enjoy it. He's done it again, collaborating with new boy OkMalumKoolKat and electro-rap export, Spoek Mathambo.

What’s it like: Watching a documentary of South Africa! BOB Mabena gives nods to so many proudly South African icons including Mandela, Shisanyama, Oscar Pistorius and our very own Bob Mabena.

Fave Bit: Apart from the fact that the song is a homage to Bob Mabena- which is pretty cool! The American accent is worth a good laugh. The best part though is when they mention Kendrick Lamar- so random.

Rating: Bob Mabena is some of the best fun we've had this week. Super catchy and super South African. We love it because it reminds us of everything we love about this country. In other words, it makes us want to do it like Bob Mabena,   5/5
