Music: Kaiser Chiefs - Education, Education, Education & War

In a nutshell: Kaiser Chiefs were all the rage back in the mid naughties but have got progressively more political with age. But as they release a new album, are they still relevant?

What’s it like: Same old Kaiser Chiefs. Their sound hasn't really progressed since their award winning first album, Employment, although they have got a bit more political with age.

Fave Bit: The intro to the track Misery Company. Filled with hilarious and abrupt laughter reminiscent of Kanye West's "I am a God". It is haunting, uncomfortable and yet strangely addictive.

Rating: This is the same Kaiser Chiefs that have been around for years. Still cheeky, still edgy, still wanting to throw a random party at strange intervals! But like your granny, it gets full of moans the older it gets. Still, fans will be happy with the release    3/5
