Eish. Just as we were getting over the shock of hearing John ‘Shoes’ Moshoeu was fighting for his life, news broke that another former Bafana Bafana star, Neil Tovey,has been hospitalised.
The footballer turned TV presenter was rushed to a Durban hospital yesterday after suffering not one but three strokes on Tuesday morning.
After being repeatedly resuscitated, Neil was rushed to ICU where he is said to be "recovering well".
His family have told EWN that he should be moved out of ICU "in the next day or so".
We wish him well and a speedy recovery.
