Cape Town - Fitness influencer Sbahle Mpisane has taken quite a few strides in her journey to recovery after a near-fatal car accident.
Luckily for her fans, she has documented every step on her Instagram page and has let them into her life, fears and milestones.
"My prospects for survival were very poor. I had multiple bad injuries and a *** damage. Satan had tried to take me down but in hospital I made a 2weeks journey to heaven before fully being awake. My life depended on everyone's prayers and I'm still thankful, [sic]" she wrote recently in an Instagram post.
With the support of her friends and family and her fighting spirit she is well on her way to complete recovery.
"A lot of times people look at the negative side of what they feel they can't do. I always look at the positive side of what I can do," she added.
