Following a thread of tweets by Lady Zamar and abuse allegations against an ex-boyfriend on Tuesday night, Ambitiouz entertainment has “distanced themselves from the matter” and refused to comment on the allegations.

Communications manager Thando Gakebodiwe said, “No comment, we’d like to distance ourselves from the private matter.”

Lady Zamar went to the top of the trends list after she was harassed by Twitter users following Sjava’s recent concert at Sun Arena in Pretoria, where his mother hugged a woman on stage, who she referred to as Sjava’s wife.

After being tagged in tweets of the picture of the two women, Lady Zamar took to her Twitter page and wrote a long thread explaining her side of the story without outright mentioning Sjava’s name. In her tweets she explained that she never knew ‘her ex’ had a wife because he constantly denied it and revealed that she was in an abusive relationship for two years.

Fans assumed the ex she was talking about was musician Sjava.

Lady Zamar and Sjava’s revealed that they dated privately for two years earlier this year and since then details of their relationship have been coming to light – including that Sjava could have been married at the time of his relationship with Lady Zamar.

In her long thread of tweets, the Collide singer alleged that the ex she was with was not honest with her throughout their relationship.

“You guys are exhausting man… I’ve been saying... Your precious Zulu man is a liar and a cheater. Cheers to every person that didn’t believe me when I told them that that niggas married... coz in your face... mxm y’all are exhausting… now y’all wanna drag me coz I didn’t know?” she tweeted.
