Los Angeles - Black Chyna is no stranger to the court room and it looks like the mother of two will soon be making yet another court appearance.

According to Page Six, the former stripper’s assistant, Lorena “Patty” Hernandez has been taken off life support after being pronounced brain dead after suffering from a third brain bleed last Wednesday – and her family is blaming Chyna for the tragedy.

Reports by the publication allege that a source close to the family revealed that Hernandez’ husband is preparing to sue Chyna for alleged abuse and failure to provide her (Hernandez) with worker’s compensation.

“Remember when the news broke and she said she was helping (Hernandez) and she was helping the kids and everything? She never did,” the source said, referring to a statement Chyna made about Rob Kardashian and Tyga both donating money to the GoFundMe website, which aimed to fund Hernandez’ medical expenses and help her children.

“I mean all she pretty much did was spread the word and reach out to her baby daddies, so she felt like, ‘That’s how I helped.’” The source continued.

The Daily Mail reported that Hernandez had suffered a stroke last year but was still able to help Chyna with her clothing line and daily responsibilities but fell into a coma after enduring a seizure at Chyna’s Lashed salon in January.

The source claims that Chyna only visited Hernandez in hospital to tell the doctors and everyone around not to give out any information.

“She was only there the first day when they found her at Lashed, but the only reason she came to the hospital was to tell the doctors and everyone not to give out any information to anybody. When I got there they didn’t even want to give me information because she gave them the order not to say anything. After that she never came back.”

The source also revealed Chyna wanted to work something out even though her lawyers were against it.

“Chyna did reach out to try to work something out, but the lawyers said not to go along with it and just to let them handle everything. So I guess she just got really upset and called and she was just being horrible.”

Lorena Hernandez passed away on Thursday morning and her organs will be donated to families who need them.
