Remember seven months ago when iFani bashed Cassper Nyovest’s then new single Tito Mboweni and called it “trash”?
Well, now after the single reached over 2,9 million views on YouTube, iFani is finally apologising for his hasty words.
He initially tweeted, “Please don’t waste money on that song, my king. On to the next one.”
Which left fans of Cassper unimpressed and he was subsequently attacked on Twitter for his comment.
He then followed up on his tweet by writing, “I’m a huge Cassper Nyovest fan but #TitoMboweni is trash and should be left in the dust bin. Cassper Nyovest please don’t shoot a video 4 that.”
But Cassper shot the video anyway and it became a smash hit – awkward!
On Sunday morning, iFani tweeted an apology to the Doc Shebeleza hitmaker.
Twitter users, however, were not too impressed by the apology.
