Cape Ton - During an episode of her Facebook series, Red Table Talk, actress Jada Pinkett Smith revealed that before she met her husband, Will Smith, she struggled with a pornography addiction.

Jada, who hosts the show alongside her mother Adrienne Banfield Norris and daughter Willow Smith, kicked off the conversation with 18-year-old Willow sharing which porn she prefers.

"The artistic . . . expensive-looking stuff," revealed Willow, which led Jada to also confess her past addiction. "If I was still on my porn game, I'd be able to show you some good porn," Jada said candidly.

"'Cause back in the day, I had a little porn addiction, but I wasn't in a relationship when I had a porn addiction . . . believe it or not. Thank goodness."

The 49-year-old further elaborated on how her "unhealthy relationship with pornography" created false expectation with regards to real-life intimacy.

"It was actually like feeling like an emptiness, at least you think it is, but it's actually not. And actually, reading some of the effects of pornography, like the idea that it really gives you false expectations, as far as sexual interactions," she said.

According to NetDoctor, "Porn is so chemically addictive and so powerful that it becomes your drug of choice and then it plays on your mind." Which is why many people who have a porn addiction can often fall into a debilitating state of mind.
