Lasizwe Dambuza might just be the hardest working 21-year-old in Mzansi’s celebville.
The TV personality, who started his career as a YouTuber, has gone on to become a radio presenter, the youngest teen marketing director for Fanta and even scored his own reality show. Now he’s reaping the rewards and has bought himself a brand-new BMW 3 series, which according to cars.co.za ranges from R617 036 to R1 007 211.
Speaking to DRUM, the Fake It Till You Make It star revealed that he chose the car’s stunning blue colour because it stood out.
“My first car was a red BMW 1 series so with my second car I chose the blue colour because it made a statement, and I just love the aesthetic of it, it’s pretty cool,” he said.
Taking to Instagram, Lasizwe showed off his sweet ride which he named Blue Ivy. And if you’re thinking Beyoncé’s daughter inspired the name, you’re absolutely right.
“I got the car on Beyoncé’s birthday and the colour is blue. So I was like okay wow,Beyoncé is clearly giving me a sign and I’m a Beyoncé, so I figured I should also name my child Blue Ivy.”
“I would love you to meet my new baby Blue Ivy! This car is a love letter to myself and wish nothing but great memories with it! Blue Ivy... to many road trips and Thank You for choosing me to be your owner #BoysWithBMWs,” he wrote.
Messages of congratulations quickly poured in on Twitter, with many praising the star for his achievement.
