Popular polygamist Musa Mseleku’s new reality show, MnaKwethu, has had people talking since its first episode last month but now, the host is under fire for his comments on cheating in the latest episode.
In the episode, Musa is helping a man named Khuzwayo inform his wife, MaNzama, that he wants to introduce polygamy into their household by taking a second wife. However, Musa disputed MaNzama’s opinion that her man had been cheating on her all along.
“Khuzwayo is in love with Zinhle (the side chick). Cheating is for Western people,” Musa says.
“We (Zulu men) don’t cheat, we fall in love,” he adds.
But tweeps were not impressed and many criticised him for encouraging destructive behaviour and justifying cheating.
