Cape Town - Roles have switched for Our Perfect Wedding host Nomsa Buthelezi as she will now be the one walking down the aisle.
In an interview with DRUM in March, Nomsa said that her and her partner Zandile Shezi are leaving marriage in God’s hands but today the presenter is singing a different tune as she and her perfect match are ready to say, "I do".
Speaking to Sunday World the OPW host revealed that her wedding is set to take place between Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal in November 2019.
The "Gomora Diva"- as she calls herself – opened up about her lesbian relationship with the love of her life calling Zandile, her king.
"I felt if I stepped up and said I’m lesbian, other people would have the strength and courage to do the same," Nomsa told DRUM.
It looks like we are about to witness a very exciting yet courageous love story as these two love birds are on a mission to change societal stigma about lesbian couples.
"It’s very hot in the closet and it was difficult for me to come out but I came out because so many lesbians are being killed and raped," said the Gomora Diva.
This year has been the year of levelling up relationships. We’ve also witnessed other celebrities tying the knot like such as Cornet Mamabolo and Gospel singer Dumi Mkokstad.
