American rapper Soulja Boy has landed himself on the wrong side of the law – the rapper has been arrested for violating his probation after ammunition was allegedly found in his home, reports People.
The 28-year-old Kiss Me Thru the Phone hitmaker has appeared before a Los Angeles court and will remain in custody for violating his parole for a weapons charge which dates back to 2014.
This comes after an ex-girlfriend reported Soulja for allegedly kidnapping her and tying her up in his garage in February. Police then conducted a raid on his San Fernando Valley house where they found the ammunition, according to TMZ.
Soulja will appear before the court again on 30 April. He was set to perform in Ohio and Tennessee this month, but it looks like he’ll be a no-show as he’s being detained without bail.
