The first trailer for controversial Michael Jackson documentary Leaving Neverland has been released.

The documentary is based on the confession of two men who claim that Michael Jackson sexually abused them when they were children.

The preview features shows clips of the alleged victims Wade Robson, James Safechuck and their families talking about their experience with the now deceased star.

The trailer also shows old photos and video clips of the pop star interacting with the children at Michael’s Neverland Ranch.

One of the victims in the trailer expressed why he is only coming out now,

"I want to be able to speak the truth as loud as I had to speak the lie for so long,” Wade said.

This documentary made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival last month. Upon the premiere, the Michael Jackson Estate condemned this documentary and said this documentary would have never been made if Michael was still alive.

Wade and James filed lawsuits against Michael in 2013, the two said they wanted to deal with the trauma and admit what had happened to them.

The suits were thrown out but are now under appeal.
