Generations: The Legacy actress Candice Modiselle just got her teeth fixed up as a present to herself for her 25th birthday,
Taking to her Instagram page she shared her journey through self-acceptance and why she decided to change the appearance of her teeth.
“For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled to fall in love with my crooked smile,” she wrote.
“Though the imperfections were seemingly minor, it affected my work, on-screen performances because of how insecure I felt and more importantly, my overall confidence”, she added.
The 25-year-old soon-to-be aunt, said that her new top teeth make-over was preparation for her new role, Impilo Mzantsi and she paid a lot to have them straightened.
Even though it there were complications, the TV presenter says this has been the most rewarding decision she’s made in a very long time.
