Linda told her colleagues on The River set that she’d be going to see them for
the last time before going away to prepare for “Baby Bean’s” birth. When she
arrived on set, she received the warmest welcome, gifts for her baby and
snacks. But what made her emotional was the cute song they made up for her
unborn child, and the choreography that went with it.
“I don’t know
when they made time to plan this whole thing because I only told them about my
plan to see them at 10pm last night, and this morning, I arrive to all of this.
And I know they rehearsed and everything because they love singing and stuff –
argh this is so beautiful,” Linda said in her Instagram stories.
When the likes
of Hlomla Dandala, Sindi Dlathu, Ferry Jele and Lawrence Maleka threw a sash
over her, put a crown on her head, and gave her the longest hugs and sang for
her, Linda couldn’t help but break down, clearly overjoyed.
“Ugly cry and
all, when love is true,” she wrote on Twitter.
