Speaking to Move! she expressed her excitement being the first South African woman to perform at the Copper box Arena.
She explained that she believes in telling her story to her supporters and she’ll be doing just that with this tour performing some of her best hits: Loliwe, Mgodi, and Umthwalo just to name a few.
“Everyone is ready, I was initially going there for two events, but I keep on getting phone calls and now there’s seven events I will be performing at”.
“The late Brenda Fassie and I were the only South African women who performed at Wembley Arena in London, the same arena that Tata Mandela’s international tribute took place and such things are not written about”, she said.
Zahara says that her most memorable performance was when she performed in Toronto where she felt people relating and connecting to her story, and for her that was special to see.
The singer took to her Instagram account to share the announcement with her supporters.
The singer also sent out a special shout out to her “supporters”.
“I want to thank all of my supporters, I will keep representing you everywhere I go”.
