Here's how you can help get Sasha-Lee Olivier closer to that Miss World crown

Johannesburg – It's been five years since South Africa last brought home the Miss World crown, and this year the country will get the chance to compete for the prestigious title once again when Sasha-Lee Olivier jets to London.

The Miss World pageant will take place on 14 December, but according to the organisation's website, participants will arrive in London from 20 November where they will compete in a number of "fast track" events which will guarantee them a place in the top 30.

"These include multimedia, sport, talent, top model, head to head challenge and beauty with a purpose," the site reads.

Want to help Sasha-Lee get closer to that crown? The official Miss SA Instagram page shared a post on Tuesday, showing fans how they can help the beauty queen by downloading the MobStar app, following her page and liking her images.

By doing so, Sasha-Lee could take the gold in the multimedia fast-track event, securing her place in the pageant's top 30, and getting her that much closer to the crown.

"With your help, Sasha-Lee could snap up the blue crown and multimedia award! All you need to do is download MobStar app, follow Sasha-Lee Laurel Olivier and like her images. It's that simple!" the Miss SA page wrote.
