Reigning Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi has three sashes in contrasting colours for different occasions - and here's why.
Throughout the year the 26-year-old public relations graduate will attend high-profile events across the world and wear a different colour sash depending on the nature of the appearance.
The Instagram account The Pageant Prince shared the interesting trivia on Wednesday.
According to the post Zozibini will wear the silver sash during the day, and the black sash for formal events which take place in the evening. She also has a red sash, which she wears to HIV/Aids functions.
The Cape Town beauty wore the black sash for the first time on Johannesburg when she announced as a Samsung ambassador earlier this week.
