Johannesburg – Oops! Looks like Miss South Africa Zozibini Tunzi had a bit of a rocky start at the Miss Universe pageant.
The beauty queen said her farewells on Tuesday and jetted off to Atlanta for the competition.
In a video shared on the Miss Universe Twitter page on Thursday, Zozibini and her team are seen scrambling to get an outfit ready after a minor wardrobe malfunction.
From the little information available in the clip, we hear talks of beads having fallen off the outfit before Zozi explains to someone that "it got caught on something".
Thursday marked day one of Miss Universe registration and fittings.
Fans in the comments were quick to comfort the 26-year-old though, with many some affirming that she is still a favourite in the competition.
