AKA goes Platinum!

Johannesburg – Super Mega does it again! On Thursday, AKA became the first English rapper in South Africa to have an album go Platinum.

The rapper, who had major success with his first #SuperMegaShow this past Sunday (Check that story out here), released his second studio album, Levels, in 2014. AKA shared the exciting news with fans on his Twitter page: "Congratulations to the Mega Hive… #Levels is certified PLATINUM."

The album, which reached Gold status after its release, boasts tracks like Run Jozi (Godly), Jealousy, and Congratulate, with features from Mi Casa, Burna Boy, and K.O.
