Ayanda Thabethe's workout routine had us breaking a sweat just watching

Johannesburg – Sjoe! Ayanda Thabethe’s intense workout routine had us breaking a sweat from our desk chairs.  

The TV personality took the burpee to a whole new level, making it even more challenge by adding in massive leaps and even a bit of squat action.  

She also showed off her skills with battle ropes in a clip posted to Instagram.  

“Always incorporating a creative twist to your normal exercises keeps it fun and challenging,” she wrote, adding that she could see a vast improvement in herself.

“When I started training with @laikynmabona I could only manage about 5 burpees – struggling! So it’s an exercise that shows me how far I’ve come.”
