Babes Wodumo misses out on yet another international trip

Johannesburg - Babes Wodumo has apologised to fans after missing an international performance. 

The singer’s visa had been approved and ready for her to perform in the UK, yet Babes didn’t pitch for the gig due to her grandmother’s death, according to the gqom queen’s manager and older sister Nondumiso Simelane.

“Our sincere apology to my UK fans for not pitching last night the promoter and I had a few hiccups and I also wasn't at all in a good space since I received sad news that my grandmother has passed on I also apologise on behalguarantee my Dublin fans is that I’m performing tonight [sic],” Babes wrote on Twitter.

Last year the Orkant/Balance Pon It hitmaker missed the BET Awards and the MTV EMAs after failing to apply for a visa on time.

But tweeps didn’t take kindly to the Wololo singer missing yet another gig.
