Boity bags nomination for her debut single

Johannesburg – It’s been only three months since Boity debuted her first single Wuz Dat, and the star has already received a nomination for the tune.

Boity surprised us all when she revealed herself as a rapper recently. The TV personality had fans singing her praises on Twitter, many of them loving her song.

Besides performing the track on TV shows, Boity also joined Nasty C on his Ivyson Tour, giving fans a taste of what she is like on stage.

And now the star has been nominated for an SA Hip-Hop Award in the Best Collaboration category.

Posting about the achievement on social media, Boity wrote; “My first ever nomination. This is a huge milestone for me! Thank you so much!”

Other acts nominated in the Best Collab category include Kwesta and Wale for Spirit, and Nadia Nakai and Cassper Nyovest for Naaa Mean.

The SA Hip-Hop Awards take place on 19 December 2018.
