Bonang and AKA score favourite couple nomination

Cape Town – When you and your bae are nominated for a national award, like Bonang and AKA, you have reached a new level.

The pair is up for the 2016 YOU Spectacular Favourite Couple gong alongside Jonathan Boynton-Lee and Jay Anstey; Janez Vermeiren and Juliana Vasconcelos; JP and Sue Duminy and LeAnne and Sipho Dlamini.

Bonang is also nominated for Most Stylish Celeb, Favourite Radio Celeb and Social Media Star. (Full list of all the nominees here)

On Friday afternoon AKA bagged a Generation Next award after the youth voted him SA's coolest music star.

In 2015 Bonang was crowned the overall winner of Channel24 Online Awards after SA voted her the top local celebrity to follow online.
