Bonang Matheba announced as host for The People's Pageant SA

Johannesburg – Bonang Matheba has scored yet another gig, this time taking to the stage as the host for The People’s Pageant SA – a new pageant with a cause that will celebrate SA women who are helping others to transform the world around them.

Taking a different approach, The People’s Pageant SA will focus on inner beauty and the impact that contestants have made on society.

The competition is open to women between the ages of 20 and 40, who will have the chance to compete for the title of The People’s Queen. While young ladies between the ages of 13 and 19 can enter to become The People’s Princess.

Not only will Bonang host the show, but her organisation, The Bonang Matheba Foundation, will also partner up with the pageant, providing one education bursary valued at R50 000 per week for 30 weeks.

My mission for 2019 is dedicated time and attention to initiatives and engage partners who are in support of African women’s education and empowerment. Nd what a great partnership The People’s Pageant SA is in this regard.”
