Bongani Mtolo retracts East Coast Radio resignation and signs 2 year contract

Johannesburg – After announcing that Drive Time presenter Bongani Mtolo will be leaving the station, East Coast Radio has now released a statement saying that the star has retracted his resignation.

“Bongani has decided to retract his resignation and has, subsequently, signed a two year contract with the station,” the statement reads.

Confirming his decision to stay, Bongani said in the release: “After much consideration regarding my resignation from East Coast Radio and weighing up the other opportunities available to me, I decided that it was not the right time for me to leave the station.”

The East Coast Drive with Bongani and Mags airs weekdays from 15:00 to 18:00.
