Cape Town - Radio personality Bridget Masinga announced her departure from Jacaranda FM on Monday.
The TV actress, MC and radio host, hosted the Workzone weekdays from 9:00 - 12:00 on Jacaranda FM. She joined the radio station in August 2015.
She tweeted on Monday: "Thank you for all the lessons and laughs @JacarandaFM Loading final month with you... Here's to new beginnings."
Her PR company also released the following statement:
"It's been quite an exciting learning experience for me at Jacaranda FM. Being here has afforded me the opportunity to interact and engage with different markets, which was equally challenging as well as rewarding in the end," Masinga expressed in a statement.
"The midmorning show has been quite a fun one to present. My listeners and I grew accustomed to each other; all thanks to my incredible team that I worked with and to my colleagues who helped me settle in. But, as the saying goes, all good things come to an end eventually."
