1. Watch what you eat

It seems pretty obvious, but the rapper says it’s not only about eating healthy, but about knowing exactly what you’re putting in your body. “Watching what you eat is the most important thing. I read something that says you either eat to live or die. Most of the time we’re eating to die cause we don’t even know what we’re putting in our bodies.”

2. Get to know yourself

Everybody is different, what works for one person may not be right for you. Cassper suggests doing the research to find out what works for you. “We don’t know our blood types. We don’t know what we’re supposed to be eating. So you need to really research and go for tests and check your body, and find out what your body needs and what it lacks and what it does not consume.”

In the gym right now!!! Pushing myself for #FillUpOrlandoStadium !! 23 days to go!!! I'm too legit to quit!!!

3. Hit the gym

“Exercise as much as you can. Some people are skinny but they’re unhealthy. Some of us are chubby so our body was responding and showing there’s something we’re doing wrong. Also, the amount of alcohol we take in as young people, we’re not aware of that.”

4. Knowledge is power

For his final tip, Cassper simply says, “Just read as much as you can on health.”
