Cape Town - The festive season is a time to rest from work and receive gifts and catch up with friends and family.
Some of Mzansi’s favourite stars share their plans for the holidays and show their fans some love.
“I wish people can be more giving and loving spread love and positive vibes. This is a time to get gifts for our loved ones. But let’s spend wisely and have some coins left for January.”
“This time of the year is always a hectic time for us artists because we are busy with concerts and performances. I will be travelling with my band and performing mostly in Limpopo and other provinces. But I have dedicated a few days before Christmas and after to spend with my mother, Tshaisa Mmakoma, she is 89 years old and has just been discharged from the hospital. She is just really old, so I want to treat her like a queen, cook and clean for her.
“I want to wish my fans a splendid festive season, especially to those who worked hard at school. I want to encourage those pupils who did not do well at school to never give up, failing is just a learning curve to push you to do better the following year. Make New Year’s resolutions and make sure whatever dreams you have, you work hard to fulfill them and remember that I love you.”
