While many of us might struggle to keep up with a constant
exercising routine and diet plan, these South African celebrity moms make
health and wellness look way too easy.
The former Rhythm City actress has never been shy to show
off her bikini bod, which is why it came as no surprise to see her share a snap
of her post-baby body just two weeks after giving birth to daughter Sbahle.
The actress announced her pregnancy by posting a beautiful
portrait of herself covered in tribal prints as she caressed her baby bump.

Ngilosi has often shared snaps of herself in gym gear shortly after a

The 33-year-old mother of three recently shared a video on
Instagram while she worked out, using her youngest son as weights.
“He has no idea how good he is for me,” she captioned the vid.
The Generations: The Legacy actress uses her Instagram page
to share some of her workout routines.
The Power FM radio host gave birth to her son in 2016 and
took her time regaining her figure.
“Moving your body is healing your body. Daily (or as often as
I can get to the gym... which is hardly daily) I’m reminded of this empowering
elixir,” she captioned a snap she shared of herself in a Pilates studio.
