Cape Town - Actress Connie Ferguson’s daughter Lesedi, just took to social media to share her amazing weight loss journey.
If you’ve been following Connie’s gym sessions on her Instagram account, then you’ll know her daughter Lesedi is part of the fitness squad as well.
Lesedi shared how much weight she lost in just 166 days.

"May -> August -> Nov = 166 Days Almost 6 months in and honestly, it hasn’t gotten any easier. There are days I still cry during workouts. (Yep! Happened last week). There are days I still miss classes because of excuses. Those haven’t changed. The fight hasn’t stopped and because of that... Neither can I [sic]," she wrote
Lesedi expressed how grateful she is to her mom Connie, who has helped her by keeping her accountable and being consistent.
"The Queen Mother herself. @connie_ferguson you keep me accountable and that helps me continue to be consistent. Today I managed 6 DAYS straight!! Who would’ve thunk!??? Y’all helped me get here. It takes a village. Still got work to do but wow... I’m a lot further than how I began [sic]," she added.
The excited Lesedi shared a picture of herself in jeans she hasn’t worn in two years.
"I greet you in the name of I CAN FIT INTO JEANS I HAVEN’T WORN IN TWO YEARS," she wrote.
She maintains she doesn’t keep track of how much she has lost as numbers are not important to her.
