Criselda Dudumashe leaves SABC radio after 14 years

Johannesburg – Radio presenter Criselda Dudumashe is getting ready to wave goodbye to SABC radio as she leaves the company after 14 years.

The star, who spent time at Kaya FM, Metro FM and most recently SA FM (all part of the SABC stable), shared the news with her fans, telling them that this would be her last week on air.

"This is my last week on SABC Radio. Thank you South Africa for your continued support as I continue to serve," she wrote.

Further on in the post she said: "I've learnt that life is too short and far too precious to waste time going through the safe motions that distract us from what will really bring us joy. It can be big, or small, or it can be somewhere in the middle. Thank you SABC for the opportunity to positively impact lives for 14yrs. It's time for my Next. I'm very excited about my Next assignment."

News of Criselda leaving SABC radio comes in the same week that Cape Town presenter Saskia Falken made her long-awaited return to the airwaves at KFM.
