Cape Town - She may have a jam-packed schedule, but Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters will always have time for her baby sis.
Miss Universe (22), shared a beautiful message on social media for her little sister Franje's birthday on Tuesday.
Franje was born with subtotal cerebellar agenesis, a rare condition that has left her without a cerebellum. She has the intellectual ability of a three-month-old baby and can't walk, talk or eat and is fed through a tube, Demi-Leigh previously revealed to YOU.
Even though she couldn’t be with Franje on her special day, the brunette beauty wanted the world to know how much she loves and misses her sibling.
"My baby sister is turning 12 already!” she shared on Instagram. “Happy birthday to my absolute biggest inspiration and motivation. I know you are being spoiled rotten today!
“Love you to the moon and back!”
And naturally, the birthday wishes came streaming in from the beauty queen's friends and fans.
"Happy birthday to your sister, Dems," South African model, Taryn Morris wrote, adding a hugging emoji.
Tracey McGregor, also a model, commented on the post too: "Happy birthday to your little sister."
Meanwhile, it looks as though Demi-Leigh's still loving her time in the US – and she regularly shares snaps of her adventures as Miss Universe.
She recently turned heads at New York fashion week.
And our girl even strutted her stuff on the runway!
Get it, girl!
