After some reports that rapper AKA cheated on his girlfriend media personality Bonang Matheba with a video vixan, AKA has come out to set the record straight.

"It is not true. The claims are ridiculous. Someone just took a picture with my car and now I am cheating? I read the article and I think it is bullsh*t. In fact, I want anyone with pictures proving she was at the boxing with me to come forward," AKA told TshisaLive.

In the initial reports AKA had apparently cheated on Queen B the weekend of the 26th of August when she was hosting the DSTV Mzansi Magic Viewers Choice Awards.

"I don't usually comment on my personal life but it is ridiculous. Me and Bonang are happy. It would have been believable if we were not or if we had problems. But we are in a good space and have never been stronger. It won't change our relationship because we don't listen to what people say," he added.

DRUM contacted Bonang's team who didn't wish to comment about the matter. However, two sources close to Bonang confirmed AKA sentiments saying that the reports are pure fabrication.

"Bonang and AKA are very good and extremely happy. Whoever started this rumor is trying to just cause some media attention," the first source said.

"The fact that people would stoop so low just shows how much people  don't know about Bonang and AKA's relationship. People always want to create stuff from nowhere," the second source said.

Earlier this year when DRUM spoke to Bonang she expressed that being with AKA and loving him had made her a happier person.

"We are happy and in love. And I love love and we love each other," she said.
