After all the vocal criticism about Bonang's book "From A to B", Exclusive books recalled it from its shelves.

Queen B had not addressed the matter but her team spoke to TshisaLive and reported that she was disappointed that her book was pulled off the shelves.

Her manager, Sylvester Chauke put the blame of the book recall on a publishing error that was in no way Bonangs fault.

"It is a publishing error that is being dealt with by the publishers. Bonang was obviously upset by it but she will not apologize for the errors because these were publishing errors," Sylvester said.

Sylvester said that Bonang and her tam are now focusing on the future. "Bonang and her team's only focus is on the future and moving forward. I don't want to go into the details of what happened because we are focusing on the future," he said.

After the book came under fire publisher Thabiso Mahlape took responsibility for the books errors.

"I take full responsibility for what happened. The last thing I want is for black people to be accused of mediocrity and I should do better. It's on me as the publisher. I ought to have done better," she said.
