Did Nasty C get the same grills as AKA?

Cape Town – In case you missed it, AKA, recently got some 18 karat gold grills from Dr. Smile. The bad boy’s new accessories also have ruby fang pieces.

We loved the new look from AKA and Nasty C seemed too as well because he got something very similar from the same dentist (Dr. Smile).

Are they exactly the same? Well, they don't have the ruby fangs and they're on Nasty C's bottom teeth, (not his top row of chompers like AKA) so not quite but we’ll let you be the judge…
