DJ Tira on his Beats 1 Radio appearance: 'I'm in NY pushing SA sounds'

Johannesburg – DJ Tira jetted off to New York to promote SA sounds.

The muso joined radio presenter Ebro Darden for an interview on Beats 1 Radio and also got to showcase some of South Africa's best talent in a mix he did for the show.

"I'm in NYC pushing SA sounds from Amapiano to Gqom to House Music. Time is Now South Africa!" the DJ captioned a clip of him listening to his mix on the station.

Another video shows Tira hanging with Ebro in studio. "South Africa in the building," Ebro yells in the clip before asking the DJ to "spit something in Zulu for the people."
