To celebrate 12 years with his wife, Michelle Gildenhuys, local TV personality Emo Adams shared two photos from their wedding day on Instagram.
He simply captioned the photos: "12 years."
The Noot vir Noot host and his wife, who was a Miss South Africa finalist in 2008, have been married for four years and have three children together, as well as an adoptive son.
"Grateful for this life with you," Michelle captioned an Instagram post earlier this year.
Early on in their marriage, the couple received hateful comments from racist trolls to which Michelle responded to in a public Instagram post, saying: "I have far too many blessings in my life to for a second focus on the haters."
Speaking to Cape Talk in December, the pair said that the secret to their happy marriage is that they are such good friends.
"We talk a lot of nonsense with each other. She thinks I speak a bit too much nonsense, but I think that's what's keeping it fresh and alive," said Emo.
Michelle replied: "It's hard because we work in the same industry; we have four kids. It's a lot and there are some days when you need to talk to somebody that's actually listening, and he's always listening."
