Cape Town - 5FM has announced a rescheduled date for the Joburg Live Loud music event.
The event will now move from Saturday, 10 September to Saturday, 10 December.
The event will still take place at it’s original venue of Marks Park in Emmarentia.
5FM has said that the change of date allows them to add two more incredible acts to the already impressive line-up. Those acts are Matthew Mole and SAMA award-winning music group Mi Casa.
The rest of the line-up will remain as initially pegged with artists that include 5FM DJs, Ultimix Resident DJ Black Coffee, rapper AKA and radio favourites Locnville, among others.
This year, the station promised an event that is bigger and better than the last. The inaugural 2015 Joburg Live Loud was an astounding success with 12 000 music-loving South Africans in attendance, and this year hopes to go down as the party of the summer.
What to do if you have already bought a ticket:
All those who have bought tickets already will be offered either a full refund or an opportunity to retain their still-valid tickets. If party-goers would prefer to hold on to their tickets, they will be rewarded with one additional free ticket to take a mate along with them. If they have bought five or more tickets, 5FM will reward them with TWO additional free tickets. All free tickets will be administered by 5FM directly.
