Wondering what to get up to this weekend? Why not take your family to the circus or party with GoodLuck?

Here are four virtual events you can attend without leaving your home.

Saturday 6 June

Join GoodLuck for an epic concert

SA group, GoodLuck, is kicking off its six-part concert series this weekend. The 'Get Lucky Streaming' event starts at 19:00 and takes place from the band's Cape Town studio. The first episode of the series will feature performances by GoodLuck themselves, while future episodes will showcase some of SA's top acts.

Tickets can be purchased online and range from R120 to R240.

Take your family to the circus

Book your ticket to see the Zip Zap Family Circus' virtual screening of The Caretaker.

"The Caretaker is choreographed and directed by the legendary Adele Blank from the Free Flight Dance Company and combines vibrant dance, theatrical circus and spellbinding acrobatics," a press statement reads.

Tickets cost R50, and you can choose between the 16:00 screening or the 22:00 screening.

Join a workout that makes a difference

Move Your body For Good is a weekly beginner-level yoga class that takes place online at 10:00 on a Saturday.

The class is used to raise funds for different organisations, charities and small businesses each week. This Saturday, the beneficiary is the Grace for Grace crowd-funding campaign set up by Rachel Kolisi for abused women.

Your ticket to get in is a donation. Register here to join.

Go on Safari

&BEYOND, in partnership with WildEarth, will be taking nature lovers on a virtual safari every day during the lockdown. The game drives take place twice a day, at sunrise and sunset, in real-time. Those who are keen on going along for the ride will be guided by experts, and are also able to ask questions.
